Cordell Schur is a driven and dedicated real estate agent with a passion for helping his clients having great experiences in real estate. Growing up, Cordell was always fascinated by properties and loved accompanying his mother and grandmother to open houses. This early exposure to the real estate industry sparked a lifelong interest in the field and ultimately led Cordell to pursue a career as a real estate agent. Cordell even ran a side hustle in AirBMB arbitrage when he was younger.

Coming from humble beginnings was a big factor in Cordell coming to understand the importance of home ownership, especially for those who may not have experienced it before. He is committed to helping his clients achieve their homeownership goals, no matter their background or circumstances.

In addition to his work as a real estate agent, Cordell has a background as a heavy duty mechanic, which has given him a unique understanding of the needs and concerns of shift working blue collar Albertans. He is able to use this knowledge to better serve his clients and help them find properties that meet their family's specific needs.

One of Cordell's greatest strengths is his positive attitude, even in the face of adversity. He believes that maintaining a positive outlook is key to success in the real estate industry, and it's a trait that has contributed to Cordell being a notable real estate agent on the rise in the Greater Edmonton Area.

In his spare time, Cordell enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Shalenah, and their French Bulldog Mason. He is also an avid powerlifter and a fan of the NBA with dreams of travelling internationally in the future.
